1. Sleep affects your learnings, if you sleep 9 hours and 15 minutes every night you'll start the day fresh and ready to learn.
2. I sleep 7-8 hours mostly, because I go to sleep at 12-1 am. I don't think it's enough for me because I feel a little tired in the morning. I can get more sleep if I go to sleep at 10pm.
3. I don't believe in Sleep& Learn, because even I sleep 9 hours and 15 minutes I can't learn Geometry or Math, but I believe that your body get's rest when you sleep.
